A Little About Your Coach

Jennifer is a Master Certified Addiction Professional, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Facilitator in Addiction Awareness, Certified Wellness Practitioner, Certified Recovery Coach, Professional Food Addiction Coach and a Yoga Teacher. Jennifer has worked in the addiction field for more than 12 years and Behavioral Coach for 4 years. As a Counselor and a Coach, she encourages her clients to change their behaviors to help reach their goals in life. Jennifer has obtained her Masters degrees in Counseling and Health Psychology.  She believes in a holistic approach of healing. She will work with you in addressing your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Healing can be challenging but it’s better when you have support. Although Jennifer's speciality is in addiction, she's able to work with anyone who's struggling in life. Life can be challenging but you don't have to go through it alone. If you are in need of reducing your stress from thoughts of food, finances, being new to recovery or other life's obstacles, you have a coach that will help you through it.
